Federal Public Service for Public Health has entire archive stored with Merak
Merak secured the contract for the complete archive management of the Federal Public Service for Public Health (FPS HFCSE) at the end of last year. Among other things, this means that we are not only responsible for moving and storing the archives, but also for the scanning and controlled destruction of documents and the delivery of stored records on request.
We are delighted that the FPS HFCSE has entrusted its entire archive to us. Over the years, it has amassed a large archive – about 22 km in total. This is currently scattered across different locations. Since the end of last year, the entire archive has been systematically transferred to and distributed between our storage centres in Mechelen, Meer, Overijse and Vilvoorde.
